Q: Are you the manufacturer or trade company?
A: We have been the direct manufacturer of printing and die-cutting services since 2005 with ISO9001:2015 certification. Our factory could offer printing and die cutting service in one stop.
Q: Can you provide OEM or ODM service?
A: Yes, both OEM and ODM services are welcome.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: No MOQ line for usual material orders, we welcome all sample orders, trial orders, and mass production orders.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: You can pay by T/T bank account, Western Union, PayPal, cash, Alipay, etc. All major credit cards are accepted through the secure payment processor ESCROW. ESCROW will hold the payment until you receive your order safely.
Here are the payment terms:
- For the order amount lower than 5000USD, full payment before the order;
- For order amounts of more than 5000 USD, a 50% deposit be paid as confirmation of the order, and the balance should be paid before delivery.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
Usually, mass production would be within 10 working days according to the order’s quantity and specification; Here are the references:
- 3 to 7 working days for samples
- Small order: 8-12 working days
- Big order: 15-20 working days
For urgent orders please contact us freely in advance, and we can adjust the schedule for you accordingly.
Q: How much will you charge for delivery?
A: Delivery options: UPS, TNT, DHL, and FedEx Express turnaround times, and specialist delivery options are also available with different lead times and costs, we need your zip code and exact package weight to check the cost for you accordingly. Door-to-door service would also be available;
The tracking number will be updated once the package is delivered. We will follow the shipment after we send it. If you do not receive the goods on time, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in following up to get the goods delivered.
Q: Can I order with just my logo?
A: Of course! We welcome OEM orders with customers’ logos, sizes, and shapes as the design.
Q: Can you sign a copyright and confidentiality agreement file?
A: Please note that we cannot print any registered trademarks without written permission from the trademark owner, especially for famous logos’ printing, our factory would need the customer to send the certificate of authorization of the logos before production;
If customers do not want to show the logo’s printing on our website, then we could sign the copyright and confidentiality agreement files before ordering.

Q: Do you have stock products to sell?
A: For OEM orders, as the orders are customized to customers’ requests about size, material, qty, design, packaging solutions, etc, there is no stock for sale. For die-cut gadgets, there may come stock with the common specification, please inform us of the specification, and then we can check for you accordingly.
Q: What about the logo copyright?
A: All product logos and copyrighted trademarks are the property of the companies that they represent.

All trademarks, brands, and logos are just references on our website. The copyright belongs to the registered original owners.

Q: How do I place an order?

Q: What about the design file:
We can help you design a custom overlay as your application, and work with your engineering drawings to ensure a custom fit.

Q: How about your price?
A: We are a direct factory with honest prices. These factors would affect the cost as order quantity, the colors of design files, whether adhesive or not, cut-out holes, package requests, expected delivery, etc;

Q: What details are required for Quotation?
A: Material, panel thickness, design size, printing colors, order quantity, etc. Please refer to the following form:

Q: Do you have a price list?
A: There is no price list. As most graphic Overlays are customized printed, the material, measures, thickness, printing colors, adhesives, and windows should be different. So the Price is based on Graphic Overlay specifications and would be different also. Welcome, contact us with your inquiry specification to get a free quote with an honest factory price.
Q: What is your sample policy?
A: MSTR printing would offer free samples of our previous orders just with freight prepaid; For sample orders as designed, the sample charge would be necessary according to the design, material, and printing colors; Sample charges will be returned to the customer once the order’s total amount achieves the confirmed amount. Sample orders are often delivered in 3 to 5 working days once all the details are ready;
Q: May I have my design sample made?
A: Yes. We should charge the sample fee and the freight fee.
Q: What should I do if I do not know the material that should be used?
A: Don’t worry, please advise the material’s application or usage, and then our professional sales will contact you with advice. If you have further questions, please send your Questions to info@graphicoverlaysz.com. Our professional sales will reply to you within 24 hours!
Q: Is MSTR printing just doing the printing service?
A: No, MSTR printing manufacturer could offer design, printing, adhesive, and die-cutting services in a one-stop service.
Q: What are your terms of packing method?
A: Usually we pack our goods in rolls or sheets according to the material and specification; Package them with protective film, and then outer box for delivery. If customers have special requests about the package, please kindly keep us informed before mass production, then we can arrange it as per the requirements.
Q: Can I customize any shape?
A: MSTR printing is the factory with printing and die cutting, epoxy coated in one shop service. The stickers could be with a specific shape as designed with neat edges, but as with epoxy coated, we could not do the sharp corners. Production FAQs
Q: Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce your samples or technical drawings.
Q: What are the usual materials for production?
A: PC, PVC, PET, ABS, PP, PMMA, 3M adhesive tape, EMI, or other materials;
Q: Why do you use reverse print (sub-surface) on the material?
A: For silk screen printing, subsurface reverse printing is commonly used to protect the ink from wear and scratching, making an overlay panel long-lasting and durable. It is user-friendly, functional, and easy to apply.
Q: Will the epoxy-coated parts affect the printing?
A: In production, our factory always uses high-quality epoxy resin material which shows the printing parts more clearly and transparently.
Q: Can you do urgent orders?
A: Our standard lead times are just for reference first. As a real direct factory with long-term suppliers, we can deal with some urgent orders, so do not worry, contact us freely, then we will try to find the solution together.
Q: Do you inspect the finished product?
A: Yes, each step of production and finished products will be inspected with the QC department, all the products will be 100% inspected before shipping.
